About us and our services
We manufacture transportable container cottages at our facility in Turangi in various configurations of 1, 2 & 3 bedroom units, ranging in size from 29m2 to 49m2 and 68m2.
All construction is to and beyond the requirements of NZS3604 building code of standards by our qualified licensed building practitioner carpenters..
The cottages come complete with decks and verandah's, new mono pitch roof and the exterior cladded and painted.
The interior is completed to a high standard with vaulted ceiling, insulation in walls, ceilings and floor, MDF linings and fully painted. New kitchen appliances and new bathroom, new electrical, plumbing and floor coverings.
The cottages are complete and when transported to your site are ready to connect to your services and be lived in within days.
We have the option of screw piles, eliminating the need for concrete foundations so the cottage can be easily installed or moved if required with no mess left to clean up.

Recycling is our main goal
We recycle end of commercial life shipping containers and re-purpose them into affordable, transportable cottages.
We do not use near new containers as they still have a life shipping freight around the world.
As part of our recycling philosophy we only use recycled aluminum windows and doors that we refurbish and install into the cottages.
