About us and our services
Our company rescue's houses and cottages and gives them a new lease of life by transporting them to our restoration yard in Turangi.
They are stripped down inside and out, repaired, extended, re-roofed, re-clad and internally fitted out with insulation, new wiring, new plumbing and all the finishes of a new home.
All restoration carried out is to and beyond the requirements of NZS 3604 building code of standards, by our licensed building practitioner staff.
The restored houses are then ready to be transported in one load to your site, hooked into services to be lived in almost immediately.

Recycling is our main goal
We recycle houses by rescuing them from demolition and modernising them to a condition as good as a new house, while retaining the charm of a building built in a by-gone era.
We recycle, restore and re-use the buildings windows, doors and as many of the original features of the house that can be re-used.
All metal roofing, nails, wiring, pipes and plumbing fixtures are shiped to a metal recycling facility and all other materials that cannot be used are disposed off at the correct facilitys.
