We construct 15m2 & 30m2 cabins with deck and verandah attached
There are many different configurations that we make including but not limited to:
* Games Room * Sleep out
* Exercise room * Office
* Studio * Workshop and carport
We also fit the cabins out to your individual requirements and can be painted to complement the colors of your house.
The cabins are constructed using a 20ft or 40ft containers that we fully refurbish by us and fitted with a mono pitch roof.
The exterior is clad and painted, re-furbished aluminum doors and windows are fitted, along with a deck and verrandah and the option of a carport lean-to can be attached on the back.
The interior is fully insulated with vaulted ceiling and lined with MDF, electrical installed and plumbing where required. The interior is completed to the individual purpose of each cabin.
All construction is to and beyond NZS 3604 building code of standards by our licensed building practitioner staff.
We have the option of screw piles, eliminating the need for concrete foundations so the cabin can easily be installed or moved if required with no mess left to clean up.
The cabin is then ready to transport to your site, hooked into services and used.
